We’ve Got You is a team of compassionate people with the same mission: to help people save money. We do this by offering a one-of-a-kind warranty service to our clients to cover their Deductible amount. By paying a low flat monthly subscription fee to cover your home or health insurance deductible, you don’t have to worry about surprising deductible costs.

When you need it, you can rest assured that your deductible will be taken care of so you can access the insurance coverage you need. Our simple and secure platform will let you request payout on your deductible when you need it, so you can save time and money during life’s unexpected moments. We offer a wide variety of packages based on your insurance policy’s deductible amounts and your needs. After just six months as a registered We Got You member, you’ll be able to make a claim!

Legal Stuff

Who can apply?

We offer our service for Home and Health Deductible. On the health part we only offer on certain States and age range is from 18 to 35 years old.

For your home deductible any home will be valid to apply if its not older than 10 years.

Are there any limits to the deductibles we pay?

Yes, we follow the percentages of reimbursement indicated in the table below:
First Request 100%
Second Request 90%
Third Request 60%
Fourth Request 40%
Fifth Request 20%

What do I need to provide to apply?

You will need to provide accurate information about yourself, your health and your current insurance coverage. We strongly encourage you to provide a photo of your insurance card with your application. Any other information that is listed in our application process should be provided as well.

What happens if the Information I Provide is Untrue?

You are under the contractual obligation to provide us with accurate, current and true information. If we discover that the information you provided is false or misleading, we can refuse to pay the deductible for which you made a request. We hope this doesn’t happen – be honest.

What if I want to cancel my service?

If you cancel you wont be covered. The service will be canceled and your monthly payments wont be refunded.

What protection do we offer?

We will pay your insurance deductible if your claim is accepted by your insurance company and if all our conditions are met. We cover deductibles in the following types of insurance:

  • Health insurance
  • Home insurance


How do I file a claim?

Easy! Just sign in to your We Got You account and hit the Claim button. We will guide you through the rest of the short process there.

If I don't do a claim for more than 6 years? is there a payback?

We appreciate loyal costumers that don’t do claims. In this case we will give a 10% cash back if you don’t make a claim in the six first years. 

How will I get paid?

After you complete the claim report, you will be asked to enter your bank account wire information. Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue payment of the deductible amount, directly into your account.

How fast will a claim be paid?

Our goal is to make it the quickest possible. There will be cases in which we’ll need to fully review your claim to approve it. If this is not the first claim you are making, or if some of the information we require is missing from your claim, our team will need extra time to manually assess the claim and will most likely get in touch with you for further review. In general it should take 24 – 48 hours to get paid.

What documentation do you need from me?

We will need copy of your claim you made to your insurance company. We will need to verify that the insurance number on the claim form is the same you provided when you register to us. If the number is not the same we will not be able to approve the claim. If in any case we find any information is not true we will not accept the claim. 

Deductible, Explained

What is a deductible?

This is the amount that will be deducted from any claim payment you may receive. Think of it as your participation in the damage or loss. When you buy a policy, you can choose the deductible you’d like to have in case of a claim. Well, the higher the deductible, the lower your premium amount. With us you cover that deductible amount so you can get a higher deductible and pay less on your premium. 

Ways to save money with us!

Scenario A:

  1. You have a deductible of $10,000 when you bought your health insurance policy.
  2. Later on, you found us to cover that deductible amount to have peace of mind for the unexpected future.
  3. You will pay us a Monthly Subscription of $80 to cover your $10,000 deductible. 
  4. Let’s say that in year 6 you make us a claim to reimburse you that $10,000 because you paid or need to pay your deductible so your insurance kicks in. In 6 years you have paid us $5,760 this will give you a total saving of $4,240. 

Scenario B:

If you have a deductible of $5,000 you will pay us a monthly fee of $43. Once you pay you don’t need to save $5,000 for the unexpected future. Because when you need it we will reimbursed you. 

Scenario C:

If you have a deductible of $2,000 with a premium of $6,000. You can higher your deductible to $10,000 and save on your premium that will lower let’s say $4,000 so you are saving in your premium thanks to us because if you get a higher deductible you pay us to cover that amount so you save DOUBLE save on your premium and no worries about saving $10,000 for the future.
